I’ve spent the last 4 years rapidly hiring people on my team between Nepal, Kenya, and the UK. I’ve sent more disqualification emails than I would like and reviewed way too many applications. This is by all means not an exhaustive list but it’s some of the ones I wish that people would really latch onto.
These are mostly in order of the application pipeline (simply: apply, screen, interview).

The article, from Forbes, that he included was very helpful and it stated:
